These terms

By using daisysurf.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If something is mispriced or out of stock we’ll contact you before charging.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

Products

Every piece is acid-washed individually, so colour and finish vary slightly between items. Photographs are representative, not exact.

Our content

The Daisy Surf name, the brush daisy mark, all product designs, photography, and this site’s design, code and copy belong to Daisy Surf. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
