How fast will you answer my email?
We are a small team and Alex reads the messages herself. Please allow up to 7 business days for a reply. Thank you for your patience while we grow.
How long until my order ships?
Every order is packed by hand in Cape Canaveral. Due to being a small team, please allow us a week to ship orders.shown at checkout.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8 and express is $15. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return, on anything unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you cover the return postage. If it arrived damaged, faulty or it was the wrong item, we cover it.
My size is sold out. What now?
Choose your size on the product page and you will be offered a back-in-stock alert. You will be emailed first, before it goes public to the Club. A restock is on order, in S through 2XL, though we cannot promise a date yet.
How do the tees fit?
Oversized and unisex. If you want a closer fit, size down. Full measurements are on the size guide.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we ship within the United States for now, from Cape Canaveral, Florida. Outside the US? Join the Daisy Surf Club and tell us where you would like us to ship next.
